As you can see, our New Year’s resolution is in full swing! Each time my husband and I do a workout we add a puzzle piece to the table. Our motivation is off the charts thanks to our new game. We are even completing two workouts a day for some extra fun.
Try it! If you have a 1,000 piece puzzle you can add 5 puzzle pieces to the board for every time you complete your daily goal. The logistics are up to you. This will work for individuals and for families. Do you want your children to do their chores? Use a puzzle for motivation.
